A Reflection of You | Chapter VIII | Food, Glorious Food

What is a celebration without food, glorious food?! Food has been the centerpiece of special occasions since the beginning of time. While some venues/caters offer sample menus to select from, others give brides and grooms free reign. The possibilities are endless in creating a menu of favorites that you and your guests will gobble in with delight.  The first step is deciding the menu style. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert, the event menu should fit your wedding design and budget. The next step is deciding how the food will be presented; passed, buffet, station or seated. The most difficult step may be creating the menu. The best advice I received when taking on this challenge, ask the venue/cater what they do best. From there make it ‘A Reflection of You’ and find your inner foodie. If you need some assistance Martha Stewart and Williams-Sonoma are valuable resources. Here is some yummy inspiration to get your taste buds going. (WARNING- Do not scroll down if hungry or dieting.)
