Paper Poppies

I have been asked on several occasions how I make my paper flowers; to which I answer “it is so easy”. Today I will show you just how easy it really is.

Materials include crepe paper, artificial flower stamens, floral wire and tape.

Cut five tear drop petals from the crepe paper.

Overlap the petals around the stamens which should be folded in half.

Secure floral wire to the flower head with floral tape.

Carefully stretch the crepe paper to add shape to the poppy.

Continue this process until your heart is content and arrange as desired.
